Key Responsibilities

- Operate production machinery and equipment as per standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Monitor machine performance and production parameters to achieve production targets.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and report any process deviations.
- Maintain production records, daily reports, and machine logs.
- Support troubleshooting of equipment and process-related issues.
- Follow all safety, health, and environmental guidelines.
- Participate in 5S, Kaizen, TPM, and continuous improvement activities.

Qualification

- B.Sc. (Physics/Chemistry/Mathematics) / Diploma in Engineering /
- Freshers Diploma candidates with up to 1 years of manufacturing experience.

Physical & Working Conditions

- This role involves continuous standing for approximately 8 hours per shift on the shop floor.
- Candidates should be physically fit and comfortable working in a manufacturing workplace.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts as per business requirements.
