Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and deliver technical training programs for construction equipment.

- Conduct product, troubleshooting, maintenance, and diagnostic training for service engineers, dealers, and customers.

- Prepare technical training manuals, presentations, SOPs, and e-learning content.

- Coordinate with Engineering, Service, and Product teams to ensure training content is up to date.

- Assess training effectiveness and recommend continuous improvements.

- Support recent product launches through technical training and knowledge transfer.
