Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced BESS Integration Lead to lead the design, integration, and development of Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) for grid and utility-scale applications.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and integrate Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).
- Develop battery pack, thermal management, and mechanical systems.
- Prepare and review CAD models, drawings, and BOMs.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and customers.
- Ensure compliance with UL, IEC, IEEE, and other applicable standards.
- Support system testing, commissioning, and project execution.
- Manage project timelines, quality, and deliverables.
- Required Skills:

- 7-10 years of experience in BESS or battery system design.
- Strong experience in Battery Pack Design & Integration.
- Proficiency in CATIA and SolidWorks.
- Knowledge of BMS, thermal management, and structural design.
- Experience with utility-scale/grid-connected energy storage systems preferred.
- Valuable communication and project management skills.
