We are looking for an experienced and proactive Fabric Data Engineer with 46 years of experience in data engineering and cloud analytics, with a strong focus on Microsoft Fabric. This role involves designing, building, and optimizing scalable data pipelines and architectures using Fabric's integrated components (Data Factory, Synapse, OneLake, etc.) to support enterprise analytics and business intelligence.

Key Responsibilities:

Location:Pune / Remote

Must Have Skills:

- 4–6 years of experience in data engineering or data platform development roles.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric components: Data Factory, Lakehouse, Notebooks, Pipelines, OneLake, and Synapse.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, PySpark, and Dataflow Gen2.
- Experience with Delta Lake formats and medallion architecture (Bronze, Silver, Gold layers).
- Familiarity with Power BI integration for end-to-end analytics.
- Solid understanding of data modeling, ETL/ELT best practices, and data warehousing.
- Experience working in cloud environments (preferably Microsoft Azure).
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.




- Effective communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills:

- Microsoft certifications (e.g., DP-600: Microsoft Fabric Analytics Engineer Associate).
- Experience with Git-based version control, DevOps, or CI/CD practices for data workflows.
- Knowledge of data governance, Purview, or Microsoft Information Protection (MIP).
- Exposure to machine learning workflows in Fabric or integration with Azure ML is a plus.
