Role & responsibilities

Design Support:

- Assist in design and development of machinery components and assemblies.
- Prepare 2D drawings and 3D models as per senior engineer guidance.
- Modify existing designs based on project requirements. Documentation:
- Prepare and maintain design documents, BOMs, and drawings.
- Ensure proper data storage and version control in server/ERP systems. Coordination:
- Work closely with senior engineers, production, and other departments.
- Support in resolving shop-floor issues related to design.

Quality Checks:

- Follow design checklists and standards before releasing drawings.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of design outputs.

Learning & Development:

- Gain knowledge of lamination and impregnation processes.
- Stay updated with design tools and engineering practices.

Preferred candidate profile

Qualification, Skills & Knowledge

Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.

Basic knowledge of AutoCAD / SolidWorks.

Understanding of engineering drawing and GD&T.;

Willingness to learn machine design and industrial processes.

Positive communication and teamwork skills.

Problem-solving attitude.
