*Responsibilities* :
Handle complete paint shop operations: Blasting, Phosphating, Pre-treatment, Conveyor Painting & Powder Coating.
Ensure proper paint/powder application, curing and coating thickness.
Control paint shop quality, rejection, rework and material consumption.
Manage manpower and achieve daily production targets.
Monitor chemicals, equipment, conveyor, booth and curing oven parameters.
Ensure 5S, safety and housekeeping in the paint shop.
Troubleshoot painting defects and take corrective actions.
Maintain daily production and quality records.
