Your role

- Prepare monthlyForecasts, Actuals, and Annual Budgetsfor PL and KPIs
- Performfinancial reportingwith dashboards, commentary, and variance analysis (Budget/Forecast/YoY)
- Conductfinancial and variance analysisto support business decisions and improvements
- Ensuredata accuracy, validation, and reconciliationof financial information
- SupportBusiness Reviews, 3-Year Plans, and ad-hoc management requests
- Collaborate withcross-functional teams(Sales, Operations, HR, Finance)
- Ensuregovernance, internal controls, and SOP compliance
- Driveprocess improvements, automation, and digitizationinitiatives
- Engage with stakeholders ondelivery, performance, and future planning

Your profile

- Experience Range:The ideal candidate should possess 6-12years of relevant experience




- Solid understanding ofaccounting concepts, financial statements, and PL drivers
- Experience infinancial planning, reporting, and analytics
- Proficiency inMS Excel and PowerPoint
- Exposure toERP systems(SAP, Oracle, HFM preferred)
- Knowledge ofdata analytics, visualization storytelling
- Strongcommunication, presentation, and stakeholder managementskills
- Problem-solving mindset, proactive and adaptable approach
- Highattention to detail, timeline-driven, and governance-focused
