We are hiring for the US Radio Advertisement Management team. This is a Blended Process role involving major interaction through emails and chats, along with minimal voice support. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and the capability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage advertisement-related operations for US Radio clients.
- Handle customer interactions primarily through emails and chats, with minimal voice support.
- Work on Excel-based and data-driven modules.
- Analyze and process customer requests accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure service quality and adherence to operational guidelines.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues effectively.

Required Skills

Excellent English communication skills (Written & Verbal)
Strong email writing and business communication skills
Good listening and comprehension abilities




Basic computer operations knowledge
Experience working with MS Excel and data-driven processes
Strong analytical and multitasking skills
Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including major night shifts
Comfortable working from the office

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduates Only from Commerce Background
- Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience can apply
- Comfortable working in a Blended Process (Chat + Email + Minimal Voice)
- Ready to work in US shifts with major night shifts
- Robust command of English communication
