What youll do

- Carry out preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of injection molding machines.

- Troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and control-related machine problems.

- Attend machine breakdowns and identify the root cause of failures to minimize downtime.

- Troubleshoot problems related to injection unit, clamping unit, hydraulic system, lubrication system, heating system, cooling system, and machine controls.

- Check and troubleshoot servo motors, AC motors, pumps, valves, sensors, proximity switches, pressure switches, thermocouples, heaters, solenoid valves, contactors, relays, and safety circuits.

- Troubleshoot temperature control, pressure control, injection, holding, screw rotation, mold opening/closing, and ejection-related issues.

- Carry out regular inspection and condition monitoring of critical machine components.

- Coordinate with production and process teams during machine breakdowns and trial runs.

- Support machine installation, commissioning, shifting,



and modification activities.

What we are looking for

- Dedicated and technically skilled Maintenance Professional with extensive experience in Injection Molding Machine Maintenance, Troubleshooting, Preventive Maintenance, Breakdown Maintenance, and Equipment Reliability Improvement. Experienced in maintaining and troubleshooting injection molding machines from leading manufacturers such as ENGEL, Milacron, Supermaster, Negri Bossi, Hytan, and KraussMaffei.
- Strong practical knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and control systems, with the ability to analyze machine faults, interpret electrical/hydraulic/pneumatic circuit diagrams, and execute effective corrective actions to minimize machine downtime.
- Experienced in maintenance and troubleshooting of industrial robots including ABB, Wittmann, Yaskawa, Epson, and STAR, as well as injection molding auxiliary equipment such as material feeding systems, dehumidifiers, hopper dryers, mold temperature controllers, hot runner systems, conveyors, chillers, and granulators.
- Proficient in Preventive Maintenance (PM), Breakdown Maintenance, Predictive Maintenance, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), MTTR, MTBF, PM compliance tracking, spare parts management, maintenance documentation, and equipment performance monitoring. Capable of identifying recurring failures and implementing corrective and preventive actions to improve machine availability and reliability.
