Job Description.

Financial Oversight & Reporting:

- Oversee daily accounting operations, including general ledger maintenance, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, Cash Flow) in accordance with accounting standards.
- Monitor financial performance and provide actionable insights through variance analysis and trend reporting.

Statutory Compliance & Audits:

- Ensure strict compliance with tax regulations, including timely filing of GST, TDS, Income Tax and other relevant statutory returns.
- Lead the internal and external audit processes, ensuring all financial records are audit-ready and documentation is exact.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in tax laws and financial regulations.
- Team Management & Coordination:
- Supervise and mentor the accounts team (including Accounts Assistants), ensuring accuracy in data entry and financial documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments (Store, Purchase, Operations)



to streamline financial workflows and ensure timely reconciliation.

Cash Flow & Budgeting:

- Manage cash flow forecasting and liquidity management to ensure the organization meets its financial obligations.
- Assist in budget planning, cost control initiatives, and financial forecasting.

MIS & Financial Analysis:

- Generate comprehensive Management Information System (MIS) reports to support strategic decision-making
- Analyze financial performance, budget variances, and trends to provide actionable business insights.

Operational Control & Documentation:

- Oversee the verification and processing of Purchase Orders (POs) to ensure alignment with budget and procurement policies.
- Implement and monitor strong internal controls to maintain accuracy across all accounting functions.
