Experience: 5 Years (Manufacturing/Engineering Industry)
We are looking for an MBA HR qualified with 5 years of experience in the manufacturing/engineering sector to manage HR operations, employee engagement, and administrative activities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle end-to-end HR processes and employee lifecycle activities.
* Drive employee engagement and welfare initiatives.
* Manage apprenticeship programs and ensure compliance with NATS/NAPS guidelines.
* Support plant administration activities.
* Maintain HR MIS, reports, dashboards, and employee records.
* Prepare presentations and provide HR analytics for management review.
Required Skills:
* Strong knowledge of HR processes and practices.
* Hands-on experience with NATS and NAPS compliance.
* Excellent data management and analytical skills.
* Strong communication and presentation abilities.
* Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and relevant HR tools.
Preferred Profile:
* MBA in Human Resources.
* Self-driven, organized, and capable of working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
