Role Overview

We seek a seasoned US IT Recruiter with 68 years of proven expertise in end-to-end recruitment. The role demands strong technical sourcing, knowledge of US geography and visa/work authorization, and the ability to deliver on multiple requirements with speed, accuracy, and ownership.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive full-cycle US IT recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
- Manage multiple IT/Non-IT roles with timely closures and high-quality delivery.
- Source talent via LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, ZipRecruiter, and other platforms.
- Apply advanced Boolean search and passive sourcing strategies.
- Assess candidates on skills, experience, location, visa/work authorization, and availability.
- Handle volume hiring while ensuring quality and turnaround.
- Maintain ATS/CRM records, trackers, and recruitment dashboards.




- Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to align sourcing strategies.
- Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to process improvements.

Skills & Experience

- 2 to 5 years in US IT Recruitment/Staffing with strong delivery record.
- Expertise in sourcing across job boards and professional networks.
- Solid knowledge of US geography, time zones, and visa/work authorization.
- Proven success in volume hiring and technical role closures.
- Robust negotiation, candidate engagement, and stakeholder management.
- Advanced MS Excel, PowerPoint, ATS/CRM, and familiarity with AI recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Profile

- Strong ownership and ability to work independently.
- Comfortable with US time zones/shifts.
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive in driving closures and process improvements.
