- Design and develop architectural plans for residential projects, including high-rise buildings.
- Coordinate with PMC (Project Management Consultancy) team to ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and provide liaison between clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Prepare detailed designs using Autocad software.
Job Requirements :
- 5-10 years of experience in architecture or related field.
- Proficiency in designing residential buildings, particularly high-rise structures.
- Solid understanding of MEP coordination (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems.
- Excellent communication skills for effective liaison work.
