1.Job Objective :-
2D & 3D creation using CREO, Hands on Solid & Surfacing Module
2.Key Role & Responsibilities :-
Design and development of mechanical components and assemblies.
Prepare and review 2D drawings, 3D models, specifications and BOMs.
Support new product development and existing product improvement activities.
Conduct design reviews, tolerance analysis, DFMEA and design risk assessments.
Drive ECR/ECRN/engineering change activities from technical evaluation through implementation
Apply DFM/DFA principles to improve manufacturability and product robustness.
Review product requirements, drawings, specifications and applicable standards.
Die casting process knowledge is prefers
Product Drawing readings, GD&T; Knowledge
Ensure engineering projects are completed within agreed quality, cost and timeline targets.
Evaluate alternative materials, manufacturing processes and design concepts.
Support cost-reduction and value-engineering initiatives.
