Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Sales & Marketing professional to drive business growth in the Industrial Automation domain, focusing on Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), Motor Control Centers (MCCs), Power Control Centers (PCCs), Motors, Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), and SCADA systems. The role blends technical expertise with strategic sales and marketing skills to generate leads, close deals, and expand the companys market presence in and across Pune.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans tailored to industrial automation products.
- Identify new business opportunities, target customers, and emerging markets in sectors such OEMs, EC, PBs, Govt entities
- Promote VFD, MCC, PCC, Motor, PLC, and SCADA solutions through consultative seeling, presentations, and customized proposals.
- Conduct technical demonstrations and training sessions for clients to highlight product advantages and applications.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure solutions meet specific client requirements.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to adjust strategies for maximized competitive advantage.
- Prepare Estimation and proposals for Project requirements
- Manage and expand relationships with key accounts, distributors, and OEM clients.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, trade shows, exhibitions, and technical seminars.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales leads, proposals, deals, and customer communications using CRM tools.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing,



and service terms to maximize profitability while delivering value to clients.
- Provide first end technical support to customers.
- Track and report sales performance metrics and campaign results to senior management.

Qualifications & Skills

- Diploma/BE in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Automation, or related technical field
- Experienced Candidates preferred in Automation sector
- Strong understanding of VFDs, MCC/PCC panels, motors, PLCs, and SCADA systems and their industrial applications.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools.
- Analytical and strategic thinking with the ability to assess market opportunities and develop actionable plans.
- Ability to travel domestically for client engagements, site visits, and trade shows.
