vProcess: Domestic BPO - Voice Process

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
- Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information
- Communicate clearly in Marathi, Hindi, and basic English

Eligibility Criteria:

- Minimum 12th Pass / Any Graduate
- Freshers & experienced candidates both can apply
- Basic computer knowledge required
- Good communication skills in Marathi & Hindi (basic English)
- Immediate joiners preferred

Salary & Advantages:

- Salary: 13,000 - 16,000 per month
- Unlimited Incentives (Performance-based)

Shift Details:

- 9:30am to 6:30pm
- Rotational Week Off
- Fixed Day Shift
