Cisco Voice Engineer | 3+ Years | UCC

We are hiring a Cisco Voice Engineer with 5+ years of experience in Cisco Unified Communications and Collaboration (UCC) technologies.

Key Skills:
CUCM, Cisco Unity Connection, CUBE, SIP, SIP Trunks, Voice Gateways, IP Phones, Route Patterns, CSS, Partitions, Translation Patterns, RTMT, CDR, DNA, Cisco Jabber, Webex App, PSTN, Voice Troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:
• Administer and troubleshoot Cisco CUCM, Unity Connection and CUBE.
• Handle MACD activities, IP Phones, SIP Trunks, routing and call flows.
• Troubleshoot voice and call-routing issues using RTMT, CDR, DNA and traces.
• Support PSTN connectivity, voice gateways and SIP infrastructure.
• Manage incidents,



problems and changes as per ITIL processes.
• Support CUCM upgrades, migrations, patching and health checks.
• Coordinate with carriers, vendors and internal infrastructure teams.
• Participate in on-call and major incident support.

Valuable to Have:
Microsoft Teams Calling, Direct Routing, AudioCodes/Oracle SBC, Cisco IM & Presence, Expressway, UCCX, Webex Calling, Wireshark.
