Roles and Responsibilities

- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring timely scheduling and logistics arrangements.

- Negotiate salary packages and other advantages with selected candidates on behalf of the company.

- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, interview results, and offer acceptances.

- Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.

- Conduct initial screening calls with potential candidates to assess their suitability for open positions.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 2-6 years of experience in recruitment or human resources generalist activities.

- Any graduation degree (Bachelor's/Master's/MBA/PGDM).

- Strong understanding of HR generalist activities including sourcing, shortlisting, interview coordination, negotiation, and documentation.
