- Prepare quotations based on the latest BOM, costing, and pricing.
- Analyze cost, selling price, margin, and profitability.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Technical teams for quotation preparation.
- Follow up on quotations and provide necessary commercial support.
- Maintain proper records of enquiries, quotations, orders, and customer communications.
2. BOM Preparation & Costing
- Prepare and maintain Bill of Materials (BOM) based on project requirements.
- Calculate BOM costs using updated material and supplier prices.
- Coordinate with Technical, Purchase, and Production teams to ensure BOM accuracy.
- Update costing whenever there are changes in material prices or project requirements.
3. General Commercial & Operations Support
- Coordinate communication between internal departments including Store, Production,
Purchase, Sales, and Logistics.
- Maintain and update project-related spreadsheets and commercial records.
- Support the Finance and Operations teams with commercial documentation.
- Handle ERP transactions and maintain accurate commercial data in the ERP system.
- Ensure timely completion and proper documentation of commercial activities.
