Responsibilities

- We are looking for an experienced D365 Developer with 4 to 6 years of technical expertise to support a high-impact marketing automation initiative. The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in Microsoft Dynamics 365 , particularly the Real-Time Marketing (Customer Insights Journeys) module, along with solid .NET development (C# and PowerPlatform) capabilities. Experience with data integration and ETL tools is a plus. This role requires strong collaboration with marketing, IT, and business teams to deliver scalable, data-driven solutions.
- Design, develop, and implement scalable solutions within Dynamics 365 Real-Time Marketing .
- Customize and extend D365 functionalities using .NET, C#, JavaScript, and HTML/CSS .
- Translate business requirements into effective real-time marketing
- Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis to identify enhancement opportunities, resolve bugs and identify risks in the implementation and work with the team to resolve identified risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the alignment of marketing strategies with business
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and IT to develop and execute successful real-time marketing campaigns
- Work closely with the development team to implement customizations and integrations within the Dynamics 365 ecosystem.
- Stay agile and adaptable in response to changing marketing landscapes, customer behavior, and emerging technologies.




- Continuously optimize marketing strategies based on data insights and feedback to drive maximum engagement and conversions.

Technical Competency

- Language Framework: Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Framework, JavaScript, HTML/CSS .
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Development: Hands-on experience with D365 Marketing module especially Real-Time Marketing .
- Familiar with plugins, workflows, custom connectors, and Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) integration.
- Database Management: Solid understanding of SQL Server and D365 data models for integration, reporting and analysis.
- Familiarity with ETL tools such as KingswaySoft SSIS is a plus , would be valuable to have.
- Testing and Troubleshooting: Experience with unit testing, performance tuning, and issue resolution within the applications, plugins or workflow.

Functional Competency

- 4-6 years of relevant experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing and .NET
- Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Systems , or related
- Proficient in SQL databases and their integrations within Dynamics
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across
- Flexibility, energy, ability to work well and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams for successful campaigns stay agile in response to changing marketing landscapes and emerging technologies
