Responsibilities
- Map departmental processes, identify repetitive tasks and build AI-assisted workflows that integrate LLMs with systems such as SAP Business One, email, Slack and spreadsheets using automation tools.
- Develop and maintain prompts and prompt chains, implement guardrails, monitor live automations, and continuously improve accuracy and reliability.
- Conduct AI training and enablement: run workshops, create step-by-step guides, coach AI Champions, and provide ongoing desk-side support to drive adoption.
- Engage with business units and IT/SAP teams on the plant floor, track adoption metrics, report progress to leadership, and contribute to the AI transformation roadmap.
