Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage high-rise building construction projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.
- Oversee site management, including supervising laborers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to safety protocols.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets; monitor progress against these targets; identify potential issues early on and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies throughout the entire project lifecycle.

Job Requirements :

- 8-10 years of experience in construction management or a related field (high rise buildings preferred).
- Robust understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and local laws governing construction projects.
- Proven track record in managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders (e.g., architects, engineers, suppliers) across various disciplines (e.g., structural engineering).
- Excellent project management skills with ability to prioritize tasks effectively under tight deadlines.
