Roles and Responsibilities

- Source profiles through various channels such as job portals, networking, referrals, etc.

- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on requirements.

- Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and ensure smooth recruitment process.

- Conduct background verifications and exit formalities for new joiners.

- Manage leave management system and perform performance appraisals.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 2-7 years of experience in HR Execution & Recruitment role.

- Bachelor's degree in Any Specialization (B.B.A. / B.M.S., B.Com).

- Robust skills in Background Verification, Employee Engagement, Grievance Handling, Interviewing, Job Posting, Leave Management, Performance Appraisal, Sourcing Profiles Talent Acquisition.
