The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in Bengali and English, with a strong background in credit, operations, and payments.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage and process collections from clients in a timely and efficient manner.
- Develop and implement effective collection strategies to meet business objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and issues.
- Analyze and report on collection performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
Job Requirements :
- Strong knowledge of credit, operations, and payments processes.
