Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Executive SCM to manage day-to-day supply chain operations, order fulfillment, inventory coordination, and marketplace operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in FMCG, D2C, e-commerce, or quick-commerce operations and be capable of ensuring smooth coordination between warehouses, logistics partners, marketplaces, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end supply chain operations, including order processing, fulfillment, dispatch planning, and delivery coordination.
- Monitor inventory levels, stock availability, replenishment, and inter-warehouse stock transfers.
- Manage orders received through e-commerce marketplaces, D2C platforms, and quick-commerce channels.
- Track pending orders, delivery timelines, cancellations, returns, and Return to Origin (RTO) cases.
- Coordinate with platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Blinkit, Zepto, and other relevant sales channels.
- Ensure accurate order processing, invoicing, documentation, and dispatch records.
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to orders, inventory, dispatches, and fulfillment performance.
- Monitor key supply chain metrics,



including Order Fulfillment Rate, OTIF (On-Time In-Full), order aging, inventory accuracy, and return rates.
- Coordinate with the procurement, planning, sales, customer service, and warehouse teams to resolve operational issues.
- Identify process gaps and support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce delays, errors, and operational costs.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure adherence to defined SOPs and operational processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 36 years of relevant experience in SCM, logistics, e-commerce operations, or order fulfillment.
- Prior experience in FMCG, D2C, beauty and personal care, or consumer goods is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with e-commerce marketplaces and quick-commerce platforms.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel, MIS reporting, and ERP/WMS systems.
- Strong coordination, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a rapid-paced business environment.
