- We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused L1 IT Support Engineer to join our IT Operations/Service Desk team
- The candidate will be the first point of contact for employees facing technical issues, responsible for logging, triaging, and resolving common IT problems related to desktops, laptops, applications, and network connectivity
- This role requires solid troubleshooting fundamentals, a helpful attitude, and the ability to work within defined SLAs while escalating unresolved issues to higher support tiers.
