Role Purpose
The incumbent will be responsible for end-to-end execution of power connectivity activities for new telecom sites, including coordination with Electricity Boards (EBs)/DISCOMs, feasibility validation, material planning, documentation, and timely delivery of site electrification projects.
Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with Electricity Boards (EBs) and DISCOMs for new connections, approvals, inspections, sanctions, and electricity release.
- Conduct EB route feasibility assessments and validate site electrification requirements.
- Assess and validate task-wise material requirements and coordinate with vendors for timely availability.
- Ensure timely submission and closure of all electrification-related documentation and statutory compliances.
- Track project progress, approvals, and connection status to ensure adherence to defined TATs.
- Coordinate with deployment teams, contractors, vendors, and local authorities for seamless execution.




- Monitor electrification status of recent sites and ensure timely handover for operational readiness.
- Prepare MIS reports, maintain trackers, and drive closure of project bottlenecks.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

Candidate Profile
Education

- B.Tech (Electrical Engineering) or Diploma in Electrical Engineering

Experience: 2-6 years of relevant experience in:

- Telecom Infrastructure Deployment
- Power Distribution Projects
- Site Electrification/Electrical Connections
- Utility Coordination & Project Execution

Technical Skills

- Knowledge of electrical distribution systems and utility processes.
- Familiarity with EB/DISCOM approval procedures.
- Understanding of telecom infrastructure deployment.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, reporting, and project tracking tools.

Preferred Industry Background- Telecom Tower Infrastructure Companies; Power Distribution Utilities; Electrical Contracting Organizations; Infrastructure Deployment Projects
