### Job Description

We are looking for a *confident and well-spoken Assistant Sales Manager* with strong experience in *real estate sales, particularly **residential, commercial, and office space projects also if have worked on Farvision software will be an add on*.

### Key Requirements

* 4–5 years of experience in *real estate sales*.

* Proven experience in selling *residential, commercial & office spaces*.

* Excellent *communication, negotiation, and presentation skills*.

* Strong *broker/channel partner network* with multiple active channel partners.

* Ability to generate leads and drive sales through *brokers and channel partners*.

* Candidates currently working with *brokerage firms / real estate brokers* can also be considered.

* Target-oriented, confident, and capable of independently handling sales closures.
