Job Responsibilities:
- Handle India-MART enquiries and respond to potential customers.
- Follow up on enquiries and quotations through calls and emails.
- Maintain customer records and enquiry status in Excel company formats.
- Prepare daily reports and coordinate with the internal sales team.
- Pro-active follow up.
Requirements:
- Prior experience handling IndiaMART enquiries is mandatory.
- Basic sales and business development knowledge.
- Good English speaking and communication skills. (Should be comfortable in basic english language)
- Basic knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
- Positive follow-up and customer-handling skills.
