Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage medical billing processes, including charge entry, claims submission, and payment posting.

- Ensure accurate and timely processing of patient accounts receivable (AR) cycles.

- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies and improve revenue cycle efficiency.

- Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements for HIPAA, ICD-10, CPT codes, etc.

- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to patient inquiries regarding account balances.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 0-5 years of experience in Medical Billing or Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).

- Solid understanding of US healthcare regulations and industry standards.

- Proficiency in electronic health records systems (EHRs) such as Epic Systems or similar platforms.

- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and ability to work accurately under tight deadlines.
