Preparation & review of PQP, MQP, ITPs
Interact with Contractors/Consultants regarding Method Statements approval & implementation, material selection/testing & approval.
Exercise QC measures-Concrete Mix design as per Project specification& drawing.

Required Candidate profile

BE-civil & preferably certification in quality auditing
12+ year of exp in realestate Projects
Knowledge of Quality Management System
Knowledge of IS codes and latest construction techniques/materials
