Process online orders in UniCommerce.
Identify and resolve pending, unallocated, or failed orders.
Generate E-Way Bills as required, ensuring accurate shipment
Coordinate with warehouse and store
Ensure timely processing and dispatch of all orders

Required Candidate profile

Process order cancellations, replacements, and exchanges through UniCommerce
Generate shipping labels and other required documents
Arrange courier pickups by coordinating with riders for ED orders.
