Roles and Responsibilities

- Create high-quality video content for various formats such as explainer videos, promos, product demos, user testimonials, and company profiles.

- Develop a deep understanding of client requirements to deliver customized video solutions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of video content into overall marketing strategies.

- Conduct research on industry trends and best practices in video editing and marketing to stay up-to-date with the latest developments.

- Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit real estate property walkthroughs, cinematic videos, and project showcase videos.
- Create engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube videos, Shorts, and promotional content.
- Add music, sound effects, transitions, text overlays, subtitles, and motion graphics.
- Perform color correction and color grading to enhance property visuals.
- Edit drone footage, interior and exterior shots,



and property tour videos.
- Create engaging hooks and smooth storytelling to highlight property features.
- Ensure videos meet brand guidelines and marketing requirements.
- Deliver projects within deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Coordinate with the marketing team, videographers, and content creators

Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar editing software.

- Basic knowledge of After Effects and motion graphics is an advantage.
- Solid understanding of pacing, transitions, sound design, and color grading.
- Experience editing vertical videos (9:16) and horizontal videos (16:9).
- Knowledge of current social media video trends.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects.
- A portfolio showcasing previous video editing work.
