Role & responsibilities

- Project Ownership & Leadership: Work independently and lead design and construction projects from the ground up as an individual contributor.
- Architectural Development: Perform basic and advanced development of architectural features, including walls, partitions, roofs, slab details, and sections.
- Interior Space Planning & Decoration: Manage interior space decoration, including client consultations, renovations, space planning, new constructions, and specialized event styling such as wedding designs.
- Documentation & Compliance: Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams on construction documents to ensure accuracy against client specifications, site-specific criteria, and building code requirements.
- Site Execution & Coordination: Act as the point of contact for co-coordinating with the execution team from project kickoff through to complete on-site execution.
- Technical & Interpersonal Skills:



Apply excellent proficiency in AutoCAD alongside robust communication skills to autonomously manage and deliver projects.

Preferred candidate profile

- Technical Software Proficiency: Highly proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray, 3D Max, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and MS Office.
- Industry Experience: Extensive experience in real estate multi-story interior designing, new constructions, and architectural layouts.
- Soft Skills & Communication: Strong presentation, negotiation, and persuasion skills, backed by confidence, tact, and effective communication capabilities.
- Creativity & Design Acumen: Strong creativity and imagination with a keen eye for aesthetics, detail, and interior space decoration.
