UFLIX Interio Private Limited is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to manage and grow our online marketplace operations. The candidate will be responsible for product listings, order processing, inventory management, sales reporting, and marketplace performance across Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and other e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily operations on Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and Meesho.
- Create, update, and optimize product listings, including titles, descriptions, keywords, images, and product specifications.
- Monitor orders, inventory, cancellations, returns, replacements, and dispatch status.
- Coordinate with warehouse, dispatch, accounts, and purchasing teams for smooth operations.
- Track daily sales, revenue, product performance, and inventory reports.
- Optimize product listings using SEO techniques and keyword research.
- Assist in managing Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, promotions, deals, and coupons.
- Monitor listing errors, suppressed products, pricing, and marketplace policy compliance.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports using MS Excel.
- Identify opportunities to improve product visibility, conversion rates, and online sales.





Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1 to 5 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce marketplace.
- Practical knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub.
- Basic understanding of Meesho, Shopify, and other online selling platforms.
- Knowledge of product listing, marketplace SEO, inventory, and order management.
- Good command of MS Excel, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, filters, sorting, and Pivot Tables.
- Robust analytical, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates with practical experience in Amazon and Flipkart marketplace operations, product catalog management, sales reporting, and order fulfillment will be preferred. The candidate should be organized, responsible, detail-oriented, and focused on improving marketplace sales and operational efficiency.
