- Manage payroll processing for US employees, ensuring accurate and timely payment.( UKG Ready/Pro tool)
- Coordinate with HR to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and review timesheets to accurately track employee hours worked.
- Analyze payroll data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Job Requirements :
- 3-8 years of experience in Payroll Management or related field.
- Proficiency in US Payroll systems (e.g. ADP) and ability to learn recent software quickly.
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations governing payroll practices.
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
