Job Overview

Chandigarh University is hiring Female Senior Admission Counselors for its Admissions team. Candidates must have relevant experience in the Education or EdTech industry with strong communication, counseling, lead conversion, and sales skills.

Experience & Salary

- 6 Months – 1 Year: 22,500 per month
- 1 – 3 Years: 25,000 – 27,000 per month
- 3 – 7 Years: 27,000 – 32,500 per month
- Performance-based incentives in addition to fixed salary
- Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students and parents regarding courses and admission processes.
- Handle leads through calls, follow-ups, and CRM.
- Make 100+ outbound calls daily.
- Drive admission conversions and achieve assigned targets.




- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective students.
- Update and manage student information in CRM.
- Build solid relationships with prospective students and parents.
- Candidate Profile

- Female candidates only.
- Relevant experience in Education or EdTech is mandatory.
- Experience in Admission Counseling, Student Counseling, EdTech Sales, or Education Sales preferred.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
