• 0–1 yr experience in customer support, dealer support, operations,or related role
• Dealer support & onboarding
• Handle queries, complaints & escalations
• Coordinate with technical,field & backend teams

Required Candidate profile

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using CRM software & basic computer applications
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting
