- Collect blood, urine, and other patient samples safely and accurately
- Perform routine pathology and diagnostic laboratory tests
- Prepare and maintain accurate test reports and patient records
- Handle and maintain laboratory equipment for smooth functioning
- Coordinate with doctors and nursing staff for urgent and routine investigations
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper infection control in the laboratory
- Maintain inventory of lab supplies and report shortages when required
- Follow all laboratory safety standards and quality control protocols
