We are looking for a skilled Associate Director to lead our UAE Tax Delivery team in Gurgaon and Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tax delivery and management, with 10-15 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

- Manage and oversee the delivery of tax services to clients in the UAE.

- Develop and implement effective tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless tax compliance and planning.

- Provide expert guidance on tax-related matters to clients and internal stakeholders.

- Analyze and interpret complex tax laws and regulations to optimize tax positions.

- Lead and mentor a team of tax professionals to achieve high-quality results.

Job Requirements

- Strong knowledge of UAE corporate tax laws and regulations.

- Proven experience in managing tax delivery teams.

- Excellent leadership and communication skills.

- Ability to work in a quick-paced environment and meet deadlines.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Experience working with international tax consulting firms or similar organizations is preferred.
