Role -Sales Executive
Salary- Up to 3.5LPA
Roles & Responsibilities
- Contact potential customers through outbound calls, leads, referrals, and other sales channels to promote insurance products.
- Understand customers’ financial needs and recommend suitable insurance policies.
- Explain policy features, benefits, premiums, coverage, terms, and conditions clearly to customers.
- Generate new business leads and convert them into successful policy sales.
- Follow up with prospective customers to close sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain solid customer relationships to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
Candidate Requirements-
- Excellent English and Hindi communication is mandatory.
- Experience into Sales would be added advantage
- Candidate having minimum 6 months of experience into sales can apply
- Strong convincing, negotiation and objection-handling skills.
- Customer-oriented with good listening and problem-solving abilities.
Compensation-
Maximum CTC: 3.5LPA
Performance incentives may be applicable as per process.
