Hiring: Field Sales Motor Insurance Agency Channel

Role: Relationship Manager / Agency Manager
Channel: Motor Insurance Agency Channel

Job Type: Full-Time | Field Sales

Compensation & Benefits

- CTC: Up to 5.5 LPA
- Travel Allowance: 3,000 per month
- GMC: 2 Lakhs
- Accidental Cover: 10 Lakhs
- Monthly Incentives: Up to 1.5 Lakh

Preferred Profile

- Experience in health insurance /Motor Insurance / general insurance agency channel preferred.
- Solid communication and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable with field sales and local market visits.
- Target-oriented with a strong sales mindset.
- Candidates with an existing agent/advisor network will be preferred.
