- Operational role that works under direct supervision, responsible for day-to-day termination/cancellation related operations

Minimum Qualifications Experience

- Graduate and/or equivalent experience. 1-3 Years experience

Other Knowledge Skills

- Valuable Knowledge of Sales processes knowledge for e2e order journey
- Exposure to handle multiple CFT's interaction would be a value add
- Ability to handle internal and external stakeholders
- Strong analytical, reasoning, and organizational skills are essential
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills are essential
- Ability to establish and maintain effective work relationships with all levels of personnel both internally and externally; e.g. leadership, executives, clients, vendors, and agencies

Key Responsibilities

1. Maintain daily activities of terminations Cancellations
2. Maintain daily reports trackers
3. Ensure all SLA's are achieved and work proactively to maintain the same
4. No Credit notes due to manual error delays
