Tech Lead (Java Focus)

We're looking for a passionate and experienced Tech Lead to join our growing team as we

transition our platform to Java!

In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership and direction to a team of

talented developers across mobile (Android and iOS) and backend development. You will be

instrumental in the entire development lifecycle, from designing and building high-quality features

using Java to mentoring junior developers and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within

budget.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5-15 years of proven experience in managing Android, iOS, and backend development teams.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills. You should be able to inspire, motivate, and guide

your team members to achieve their full potential.

- Excellent project management and organizational abilities. You will be responsible for

breaking down projects into manageable tasks,



estimating timelines, and ensuring resources

are allocated effectively.

- Proficiency in Agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
- Deep technical expertise in Android, iOS, and backend technologies, with a strong focus on

Java. We are actively transitioning our platform to Java, and your experience in this area will

be essential.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. You will need to collaborate effectively

with all levels of staff, from developers to product managers to stakeholders.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Bonus points if you have experience with:

- Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- DevOps principles and practices
- Continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines, particularly for Java
