Role: Network Operation Center Engineer, Fault Management, ITSM, ITOM

Exp: 2 Years

Shift: Rotational

Job Description:

- Experience in OSS/ Fault Management with hands-on knowledge and valuable understanding of ITSM Incident Management, Infrastructure & Network Monitoring,

- Application Performance Management(APM/RUM/BPM), Patch/Workflow Automation, CMDB & Discovery.

- Proficiency in RHEL/Linux, SNMP, Syslog, TCP/IP,DNS, Oracle/SQL basics, REST/API, application monitoring and log analysis.

- Experience in 247 application health monitoring, incident handling, SOP/MOP execution and escalation management.

Skills Required: Preferred - OpenText SMAX, OBM, ODL, NNMi, NA, OO, APM, RUM, BPM, UD, CMDB. ServiceNow, Dynatrace, SolarWinds, BMC Helix, Zabbix, Snowflake, IBM Instana, Grafana, Splunk, Datadog RUM, AppDynamics, Pega, Appian, ManageEngine.
