Key Responsibilities

- Generate current business through project sales and B2B channels.

- Develop relationships with MEP consultants, electrical consultants, EPC companies, electrical contractors, builders and developers.

- Identify upcoming residential, commercial, industrial and infrastructure projects.

- Get our products specified/approved with consultants and project stakeholders.

- Generate enquiries, quotations and convert them into orders.

- Develop and manage a strong project pipeline.

- Coordinate with distributors/dealers and the internal sales team for project execution.

- Conduct regular market visits and competitor analysis.

- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

- Maintain regular follow-up with clients from enquiry to order execution and payment collection.Role & responsibilities

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 5-10 years of experience in B2B / Project Sales in electrical products, conduits, cables, pipes, building materials or related industries.

- Existing relationships with MEP consultants, EPC companies,



electrical contractors and project developers will be an advantage.

- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.

- Should be comfortable with extensive field sales and travelling.

- Strong understanding of project sales and specification-driven business.

- Candidates with experience in PVC conduit, MS conduit, electrical pipes, cables, switchgear or other electrical products will be preferred.
