We are looking for an experienced Senior Architect capable of independently managing projects from concept design to site execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architectural design, planning and working drawings.
- 3D modelling, SketchUp and design presentations.
- Client meetings, presentations and coordination.
- Coordination with consultants, vendors and contractors.
- Site supervision, execution and quality control.
- Managing drafting teams, project timelines and deliverables.
Requirements: B.Arch with 4+ years of experience, strong design and technical skills, proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp, and hands-on experience in project execution and team management.
Location: South Extension-I, Current Delhi.
