- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and increase customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., sales, marketing) to drive business growth through effective communication and coordination.
Job Requirements :
- 7-15 years' experience in retail or FMCG industry with expertise in last mile delivery operations.
- Proven track record as an Area Manager or Store Manager in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of supply chain management principles and practices.
- Excellent leadership skills with ability to motivate teams towards achieving goals.
