- 712 years of backend engineering experience; 2+ years in a tech lead or senior engineering role.
- Deep expertise in NodeJS, microservices, and serverless architecture.
- Strong hands-on skills in Oracle/PostgreSQL, distributed systems design, and high-throughput API development./MySQL
- Proven track record owning architecture and delivery of complex, production-critical financial systems.
- Experience leading and mentoring engineers in an Agile/Scrum workplace.
- Working knowledge of the Indian wealth management technology ecosystem: MF transaction platforms, RTA systems, exchange connectivity, and regulatory reporting.
