We are in a search of a Sales and Application Engineer with a known Engineering Company (Primary Adhesive AND Sealant).

The company provides industrial adhesives, sealants and application solutions for automotive and other manufacturing industries.

Position Details

Position: Sales & Application Engineer

Experience: 2-7 Years

Qualification: B.E./ B.Tech /Diploma (Mechanical only)

Location: Delhi / Chennai/Bengaluru/Coimbatore/Gujarat/Maharashtra

Key Responsibilities

- Handle technical sales and application engineering activities.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions.
- Visit customer plants/sites to understand applications and requirements.
- Handle OEM and industrial customers.
- Conduct product trials, testing and technical discussions.
- Coordinate with production/technical teams to resolve application-related issues.




- Generate new business and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Manage enquiries, quotations, orders and customer follow-ups.

Key Requirements

- 2-7 years of experience in Technical Sales / Sales Engineering / Application Engineering.
- Strong combination of Technical + Application + Sales experience.
- Experience handling industrial/OEM customers.
- Exposure to product trials, testing and application-based solutioning.
- Positive communication and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel and work in a field-based role.
- Stable career history preferred.
